Top Rock is a trinket added in The Spitshine Update.

Effects

• All stats up:
  • +0.2 speed.
  • +0.5 flat damage.
  • +0.14 tears, ignoring the fire rate cap.
  • +1.25 range.
  • +0.5 shot speed.
  • +2 luck.
• Upon the first time Top Rock is picked up, after it's stat boosts are applied and from then onwards, Isaac's stats can not be increased.
  • The true values of Isaac's stats are still calculated normally, but the worst values achieved will override them.
  • Dropping Top Rock and then picking it again will have it still remember the lowest stats that have been achieved while it was held and will apply them.

Interactions

• Rock Bottom: While Top Rock is held, stats will be locked at their current values, and no amount of positive or negative modifiers will change it. Dropping Top Rock and picking it up again while Isaac has Rock Bottom will not have Top Rock apply any of the negative stat modifiers again.
• Trinket Multipliers: No effect.
• Azurite Spindown: Using Azurite Spindown on Top Rock rerolls it into Ridiculous Metal.

Trivia

• Prior to V2.8.4, Top Rock was classified as a rock trinket, and could not appear naturally for other characters other than Golem.
• Top Rock is a riff on Rock Bottom, as their effects are essentially opposites of each other.
